Our Company was established in 1982. We have two stores and are selling the original store in Austin, TX. The Austin store has been in the same location over 20 years. We primarily provide consumer and business audio/visual services in a Retail environment. Our stores are setup with a front counter for customer interface and have an enormous transfer and duplication capacity. We provide a plethora of A/V services, including: home movie transfers, cassette to cds, tapes to DVDs, tape repairs, DVD copies and most other services involved with consumer and business A/V. Our sales have grown steadily and we have a proven track record. Austin has grossed about $200,000.00 or more since 2000 and San Antonio is roughly equal. Both have Net profit, even after a handsome payroll for the managers and is around 15%. Capital purchases are about 10% of gross sales each year, so the store is equipped with modern equipment. I am looking forward to retirement soon.
