The Company provides erection services to manufacturers of pre-cast concrete panels and General Contractors who construct buildings using this type of construction material. The Company has key employees and foremen who directly supervise all of the field operations and one (1) who performs field engineering functions. Additional direct labor is hired as required. The work typically involves rigging and securing in place, large (up to 60,000 lb.) concrete panels using cables and large cranes.

The Company operates from a 1,500 square foot office in Eastern MA; however it can be located anywhere in its geographic footprint (RI and MA). It also uses a small storage yard to house its rigging cable and other tools not being used on the job site.
