The scope of work is at the discretion of the franchisee; they can handle everything from photography through to fulfilment or limit their involvement to just photography. Limited selling skills required.

There are no restrictions on the type of commissions undertaken, expertise is in school photography notwithstanding the hardware and technology can be used for any application; even gift and souvenir printing.
Competition / Market:
Few other companies with so much experience are dedicated to school photography; few match the franchisors ability to provide quality low cost and well presented student photographs that are turned round very quickly. Their experience, national network and track record leads to recommendations and referrals. Many competitors have not embraced digital technology and can not offer such a flexible package to the nurseries, schools and further education.
Support & training:
Full programme of training, all aspects of the business are taught and if the franchisee does not want to get involved in certain aspects of the business the franchisor can cover that particular discipline (excluding of course photography)

Franchise terms
The franchisor will provide a full set of equipment and software together with full training in every aspect of the business; indeed they will provide a selling resource if required. There is a sophisticated computerised fulfilment programme, where all photo’s are processed in house and shipped direct to the franchisee. There is ongoing support and initiatives that the franchisee can participate in, for example school web sites etc. There is an ongoing monthly management fee. Full franchise package available.
