Seed Exchange Ltd is a specialist Foreign Exchange Company that provides Intelligent Currency Solutions to the international market place. Over the past twelve months Seed has proven its business model having conducted over 840k in Foreign Exchange transactions in first year of operation. Fully web based client and financial portal, the company offers excellent rates of exchange beating high street banks and specialist companies. Seed Exchange has also identified some significant contracts which it is happy to share with the new owners.

The business is at an early stage and would make an excellent alternative to a franchise (as a proven off the shelf business) with the added advantage of being a working operation with all operations in place and the support of the founder.

Expansion potential:

We are currently in talks with several shipping companies based in Singapore/Kuala Lumper and the Maldives. (Visits to Asia March 2008), We also have excellent contacts in Greece which have not been pursued. The Company is also in talks with a top ten company with 90b T/O, surprisingly with no UK treasury function with their costs at 45k/month in FX fees alone. Some smaller Airlines/Private Oil company with 1b USD Assets others including two very large holiday complexes (forecasted @ 1.2b in FX over 5 years on the basis that their plans come to fruition). Seed Exchange is already the preferred FX partner for the holiday complexes (in writing with one company).
Seed Exchange is also instigating an Agent Scheme, to allow persons to promote our business (which includes a full days training and support at Agent cost) The Agent receives receives a commission for the life of any company that they may introduce to Seed. The target is 300 Agents in 5 years of which in reality 10% will be active and revenue earning. We will also seek partnerships with Action International and Quantum (as examples only) franchised business support services.

NEWS: The business has also just secured a partnership arrangement with Business site with a 65k-100k readership per month. Seed Exchange currency calculators are being ported alonmg with news and editorial on FX.

We have been asked by a number of investors who wish to invest in currency, modifications to the web site are simple but the business may need additional regulation to hold client cash.

The Market Equivalent to 1.9 Trillion USD is traded every day in Foreign Exchange, dwarfing all other financial markets (even when combined). Foreign Exchange is truly a global 24 hour market. 90% of the market is still monopolised by the banks, however with the introduction of electronic currencies smaller and specialist players in the market have made significant headway. There are only a handful of dedicated companies in the UK who provide such a service. The traditional client base is any company that buys or sells abroad, pays international wages or invoices, any person seeking to buy an overseas holiday or investment home or invest in an offshore fund, the market is wide and lucrative.
