Financial Information
Working with a dedicated Funding Manager,
franchisees receive help with the development of a 5-year business
plan to match their particular circumstances relevant to their
territory and aspirations. The initial deposit aside, the company
will also help arrange financing for the venture at rates far more
advantageous than those available to individuals.

Where we are recruiting?
As the country’s largest and fastest-growing
residential lettings and property management franchise network,
Martin & Co has an ambitious expansion plan, and is on target
to have 200 outlets on the high street by the end 2010 and
300 by the time the company is fully mature.
Franchisees operate within a pre-defined territory. This is known
as an ‘Area of Prime Responsibility’ (APR). Franchisees
have the exclusive right to new business within their APR. From
data gathered and years of experience operating in various
locations across the UK, we have defined criteria that ensure each
territory is viable and meets certain criteria.
Territories are available in England, Ireland, Scotland and
Wales.
