These developments are then offered online to a network of third party introducers from Financial Advisers, estate agents and travel agents.

It owns and utilises an impressive software system to manage the network of affiliates and introducers. Additionally the company has excellent contacts and databases for marketing campaigns.

Over £100,000 spend in the first year on development. Sale price of £50,000 for all assets and or limited company, including a free twelve month support agreement.

Additionally some utilise networks of introducers and "wine cheese" presentations. Most including property developers themselves do not have the appropriate platform to fully develop and manage a network of introducers. Home2 believes that utilising its professional software platform combined with a strong network of introducers will give at an advantage in the market place.
