Our aim is to sell scented candle and home fragrance products online providing the customer with a great online buying experience and offering great value and levels of service in all respects.
It has been run for the past 3 years by the current owner who has completely redeveloped the web site and improved the Google ranking. It has PAGE 1 position on Google for its main search keywords and brands, often top 3. E.g. Search for "scented candles" on Google! This gives a regular supply of visitors to the site which numbers around 200 per day. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is an ongoing task and so there is still considerable room for improvement even on these results.
The web site is incredibly easy to maintain requiring little more than word processing skills.
There are currently over 1500 exising customers on the customer database to which we send regular eNewsletters. There is a Twitter and Facebook presence and a blog has recently been introduced. These areas are new and could be significantly developed.
