- We started the business 18 months ago from scratch and have just grown and grown. Completely refurbished when we bought the hotel, we currently only use 5 of the 8 bedrooms for letting purposes as we use the other 3 for family use. It is currently run by the owner with her husband helping out at breakfast, so no real staff required. The 8 rooms are made up of 1 quad, 2 singles, 2 doubles, 2 trebles and a large attic room. All rooms are en-suite except for the 2 single rooms which have sole use of their own seperate bathroom.

We are also ideally situated for Paignton Railway and Bus Stations. - Expansion potential:We are affiliated to Bookings.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Lastminute.com and several other hotel booking agencies and bookings from these are regular. Bookings can also be made directly through our website on line. We also have advanced bookings for the rest of this year. The business is continually growing.
- Competition / Market:Although there are several B&B's in Paignton, we are approximately 6/7 mins away from the hustle and bustle, but just 5 mins walk to the beach, bus station and train station. We are also newly refurbished and a lot nicer than most peoples idea of a B&B!
