- Expansion potential:Potential for extending business is enormous. Due to ill health we have been unable to promote take-away side of business and the outside catering has grown purely by word of mouth. It would also be possible once again to extend opening hours into the evening and there is a market for selling homebaking. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances we have not been in a position to take the business further.
- Competition / Market:Cafe has extensive menu popular with young and old alike offers quality freshly made soup sandwiches, salads, panini, as well as breakfasts burgers chips etc, hot and cold drinks and our own homebakes. We do takeaways and also deliver lunches/buffets for meetings and have in the past made homebakes for retail elsewhere.
