INTERNATIONAL MASTER FRANCHISES

International master franchises are available worldwide for entire retail stores with or without a mobile service attached. This is perhaps our most exciting offer - all expressions of interest will be handled personally by our directors.

• Master franchises available for a whole country, region, state, or location
• 25 year renewable agreement
• Low licence fee related to country and territory size
• Up to six weeks of free training tailored to your needs
• Total back-up package including, store design, layout planning, on-site pre and post opening support

INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISE COST

The cost is always for one country or state and varies depending on our assessment of the value of the offer. The fee will be between US$45,000 and US$200,000. There is however a low cost offer for smaller or less wealthy countries.

Included in the cost is:

• The initial package
• The franchise rights for 25 years, subject to the terms of the franchise agreement
• The rights to open up to five stores, yourself and/or appoint local franchisees, to do so without further franchise fees being payable
• The rights to open an unlimited number of stores and/or appoint an unlimited number of local retail franchisees, at an additional modest fee per store
• The right to earn a share of the Management Service Fee (MSF) income from every store on your territory, for the entire period of the agreement

YOUR INCOME

You can achieve income from all of the following:

• Operating yourown Kashket stores - Your agreement allows you to open up to five stores included in the basic cost of the franchise fee. For a modest fee per store you will own the rights to open an unlimited number of stores.
• Appointing Local Retail Franchisees - You will be free to charge a franchise fee for every store opened or Personal Tailor appointed. You will earn part of the MSF payable on all sales made by your franchisees. We will seek no franchisee fee from you for the first five stores opened, after that the fee per store we will seek will be much less that the typical price you should be able to ask for a franchise in your territory.
• Management Service Fee - The 9% MSF will be shared 5% for you 4% to Kashet. This means that all sales through you own stores will cost you just 4% in MSF.
