The retailer agreement operates around a very simple principle

We supply you with the pub, which usually has living accomodation.
We also offer a fantastic range of drinks brands, which we discount to you at levels of up to £50 per barrel off normal brewer's wholesale price.
we supply all your gaming machines and we give you 50% of the profit. In return, you pay us an annual rent for the business.
You buy your drinks requirements from us and keep the property, the fixtures and fittings in good order as well as meeting the running costs of your business.
All remaining profits generated within the business are yours.
