Multifunctional building is an indoor arena in Riga, Latvia. It is primarily used for ice hockey, basketball and concerts. The building holds max. 14,500 people and was completed in 2006. It was built to be used as one of the venues for the 2006 Men s World Ice Hockey Championships.
Many big name international artists have performed at this venue, including: Depeche Mode, Chris Rea, Korn, Queen and Paul Rodgers, Sigur R?s, Sex Pistols, Kiss, Ozzy Osbourne, Placebo, Elton John, Lou Reed, R.E.M., Rihanna, Pink, Kylie Minogue, Backstreet Boys, Bj?rk, Seal, Avril Lavigne, Lenny Kravitz, Linkin Park, Muse, Sting, Myl?ne Farmer, Deep Purple, Scorpions, James Brown.
In June 2008 The building was host to Sensation White 2008 Latvia which was attended by 15,400 people having performances by great Dj s all over the world with names like DJ Tiesto, Eric Prydz, David Guetta, Lavin Hirani and Paul Van Dyk.
On the second floor of the building there are boxes that offer you the opportunity to be in an area zoned off from others and still enjoy the emotions created by the event together with all other visitors.
Description of the private box
The box is a furnished recreational area with an exit to a balcony. The box has 10 seats. Additional 5 seats are located at the box’s windows to provide excellent visibility and audibility.
Furniture of the private box can be seen in the pictures; however, the lessee may change the interior according to his likes to tailor it to his own requirements and activities. Also, you have an opportunity to combine two boxes into one.
The box is equipped with a TV set, refrigerator, sink and table with chairs, kitchen bar, shelf and a closet. Internet and cable TV is optional.
The lessee will have an opportunity to purchase tickets to all events in Arena Riga at the lowest price of a seat for the respective event. Long term lease of a box entitles the lessee to 20 reserved tickets to each event.
In case hosts events where visibility from the box is impaired or restrictions are in effect that prevent entering the box, the lessor informs the lessee on it and reserves 10 seats in the hall at the lowest price of a standard seat. In the above cases, entering a box during an event is possible by producing the box client cards issued by the lessor.
Usage of the box is only at the lessee’s discretion and no other person is authorized to use the lessee’s box without his permission. Private boxes can be registered in the Land Register.
Box for a specific event

The structure offers you four boxes for organizing corporate and social events, and viewing concerts, sports competitions and shows hosted by the Arena.
Description of the event box
Event boxes are located on the second level, i.e. the private box floor. They are accessible by a separate entrance.
Each box can have 20 to 40 seats. Due to sliding partition walls, all boxes can be joined forming an area for up to 147 seats.
The area of one event box is approximately 60m2, including the balcony with seats, and without the balcony – 45 to 50m2. Boxes can be used for presentations and press conferences.
Club Business
Club owners rent seats in a special VIP zone. They are provided with a separate entrance and restaurant, guaranteed parking lot next to the entrance, toll-free wardrobe, guaranteed tickets that need to be purchased not later than in 2 weeks before the event.
Business Club seats may be used by their owners or guests invited by them.

Business Club restaurant is a place for you to have lunch and undisturbed business or other conversations from 12 to 15 every day with convenient car parking at your disposal.
Lunch menu is a buffet type to suit any taste. Every day on the menu there is one type of soup, cold snacks, salad, two types of main course and dessert.

Starlight Caf?
Starlight is a restaurant which is open during sports events to offer fans the great opportunity of having a meal and watching the sports event in the arena at the same time. A great selection of refreshments, light alcoholic cocktails and beer, and hot drinks. An assortment of different cold snacks is also on the menu.
Business Club restaurant and Starlight is available for rent to host different events such as receptions, banquets and special dinners. Depending on the type of event, the restaurants can easily accommodate 50 to 400 guests.
