Life’s a beach!

If any of your clients are feeling a bit warm in the summer weather, then we found a nice little ice cream business for sale on a website (BusinessesForSale.com). Perfect for summer, and located in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. It is for sale at about £338,000 and the price includes the ice cream shop (plus the trading licence for a further four local beaches), a beach chalet, plus vehicles and equipment.

Just in case, the price sounds a bit steep for a few seconds, it does include the freehold of a beach as well.

Difficult to say how big the beach is, though, as it depends on whether the tide is in or out!
