Kura Kura Resort is located in the famous Gili Islands, North Lombok, Indonesia. The resort has 15 apartments, 2 restaurants, massage and beauty salon, 16 metre swimming pool. The resort is positioned in the main harbour and located adjacent to the arrival area for the island. Kura Kura Resort opened in March 2016 and has already achieved a 65% occupancy rate.
Tourism in the area is booming and based on an independent report ( included in this presentation ) The gili islands can expect an increase in arrivals of approximately 35% for 2016 / 2017
We have only 2 apartments left, guaranteed Return on Invest of 10% p.a. for 3 years with expectations of returns reaching 15% within the next 2 years.

The Lombok government have announced that a new jetty / pier will be built this year which will substantial increase visitors to the islands. It was also announced last week that 2 flights a week from China will be arriving in lombok.
We are the only resort in the area with a swimming pool and high end accommodation. There are another 2 small resorts, one next door, very ordinary, the other 200 metres away, very expensive, no privacy, no pool.
