How Boxby Works;

Boxby customers submit their courier jobs onto boxby, by completing an online form which collects all information necessary and relevant to the couriers.

Boxby then sends these jobs out to all registered couriers, who are then able to submit quotes for the job through the boxby website. Boxby adds a transaction fee to the couriers quote, and then lists these quotes for customers in their "my boxby" account.

The customer selects the quote they wish to accept, their payment triggers the release of the personal and confidential information to courier selected. When the job is complete the courier sends an email confirmation and is then paid by boxby.

The website has been designed to be very automated, and the entire process as set out above works automatically, and the only involvment required is in answering queries & support requests, dealing with any payment failures, and in paying the couriers when the job is complete.
