A 50% share is for sale in Xacca Solutions Limited. Xacca is a print and promotion business with a regular and growing client base in the heart of Wallingford - a busy market town in South Oxfordshire. The business specialises in digital and large format printing as well as personalised items such as clothing and giftware including mugs. Signage and graphic design is also carried out at Xacca.
The other shareholder is the designer who set up the business nearly four years ago. The need for some investment in year three was required which is why I purchased the 50% share from another party who lost interest in the business due to other commitments.

The business has turned around within the last few months with a healty balance sheet.

Two staff are employed currently and would be required to remain.

The reason for the sale is that the business has turned around and I would like another business to get involved in.
