The business occupies a 3,500 sq ft warehouse facility on a local picturesque farm. Having recently received 3 containers from our suppliers in China the warehouse is well stocked. There is also an optional office facilty, also on a rolling monthly agreement. This office is in the close by town from the warehouse facility (2 miles).

Competition / Market
The competition is wide spread throughout the UK. However, the products we offer and the market to which we have aimed has seen no direct competition. The monthly UK publication we have advertised in is the biggest in the UK and throughout the monthly 160 pages plus, there are not any competitors.

Support & training
Having spent 4 years creating the business from the floor up, I appreciate that the training period may take a while. I am scheduled to depart from the UK in October 2008. I would be very happy to dedicate any time required until this time in order to complete a sale. I would also be very happy to introduce the buyer to all the suppliers and associated business contacts in China, something which I see as an essential part of the sale.
