The Joint Administrators of Capital Print & Display Limited (in administration) offer for
sale the business and assets of the above Company.

The Company’s trading activity is commercial large format point of sale printing.
The assets of the Company include:
• Goodwill based upon a Company with an annual turnover in excess of £8 million.
• 2 KBA 205-4+L+T and 2 Roland 804-7 large format printing machines, multicolour
screen printing lines, digital printing and a range of large format finishing equipment.
• Office furniture and equipment.
• Stock in trade.
Trading premises are in Gemini Business Park, Beckton, London, E6 and occupied under
lease. A purchaser will be at liberty to negotiate tenancy arrangements with the
Landlord.
