The business has Marshalls Approved status and has won various installation awards over the years. Originally set up by the owner when he wanted to work for himself, the demand has grown over the years and so has this business.

We have created a business that outwardly is perceived as a large organisation giving our customers great faith and trust and supporting our reputation, but the fact is that we are a small firm with low overheads that is excellently supported by stable processes and documentation. Based from the owners home in Hertfordshire with a seperate yard on nearby farmers land where vans, plant & tools are kept. This business is easily transferable to be run from any home or office. The existing yard is rented out of contract with only 1 months notice preferred. Or the option to stay is feasible. Future location can be entirely decided by the new owner/s.

We have national and local supplier arrangements in place with exceptional credit ratings on 30 day account basis if needed. You never need hold any materials as all are delivered directly to site addresses anywhere in the Country.

Expansion potential
There is huge growth potential in this industry. With the sale comes additional revenue stream plans already identified and marked out which include areas such as e-commerce (our website is already structured to handle e-commerce). Well established with much work coming via recommendations. Regular marketing via local avenues ensures a stable presence within the sector. Many landscapers and paving installers can experience a down turn or sometimes periods of no work during Dec, Jan & Feb. This business since its first year trading has always had a minimum of 6 weeks lead time (based on a team of 3) and has never once had no contracts to fulfil. (even trying to take the 3 days off between Xmas & New Year gets tricky because of installation demand!!)
