Tinies is a well established nanny and nursery recruitment franchise, with over 28 branches around the UK. Tinies was established in 1975 and has been controlled by its current management team since 2000. Over the last 35 years that the company has been trading, profits have risen year on year. In 2003 the network turnover was £1m and now it is £4m. We are looking for a buyer for a new area franchise in Lancashire.

There are 3 main aspects to the business;

Tinies is the leading supplier of nursery nurses to large chains of nurseries, but also to local authority nurseries and independent nurseries. The nursery market constantly battles with staff shortages and lack of quality childcarers. With its history as a childcare specialist and access to the best pool of qualified and quality staff, Tinies is currently able to provide a much better service than any of the other suppliers in the market.

Tinies is by some distance the largest nanny agency in the UK, supplying childcarers to families on a permanent and temporary basis. Since 2005 more parents have been able to afford childcare using vouchers issued by their employers, which saves a significant amount of money on tax. We consistently have seen growth in the nanny supply market, and we pride ourselves on the fact that the majority of our clients come to us through recommendation or are returning customers. We are also the leading suppliers of emergency nannies to working parents through the company My Family Care.

Tinies is becoming the leading supplier of mobile crèches across the UK. Typically our branches are providing mobile crèches to weddings, corporate events, exhibitions and local authorities (to support any working parent training courses). This part of our business is expanding rapidly.
