Business description
This highly successful and growing business was established by its directors in 1981 as an outside catering business, providing buffets for weddings and conferences. This still plays an important part in its revenue stream and it now caters for events with up to one thousand covers providing not only the food but also the china, linen, cutlery and glassware as required. It has a number of high profile clients and is the main caterer for one of the largest showgrounds in the county. Other educational institutions have enlisted the company as sole provider for its lunchtime catering. In the majority of situations food is prepared and cooked on site but when sites or venues do not lend themselves to food production the meals are cooked off site and shipped hot boxed and ready for serving.

Having established itself the business diversified into the pastie market. This has been extremely successful and it now wholesales a variety of pasties, pies sausage rolls tapas and canapes to a customer base across the county and beyond. All wholesale products are ordered by the pallet load and can be delivered chilled or frozen depending on the customers requirements. The wide product range is manufactured using local ingredients wherever possible and is aimed at the top end of the quality market.
