This ladies only centre was started by the vendor and has been trading since August 2005. Its main attraction is the 30 minute Ladypace training system imported from the US which uses the Programmed Aerobic/Anaerobic/Accommodating Circuit Exercise (PACE). Also on offer are supplemental beauty treatments such as pedicures, waxing, eye treatments, massage, nail manicures, teeth whitening and Botox treatments.
Turnover is derived from a strong membership of over 200 active members who pay a monthly fee and in the year ending March 2007 was in excess of £65,000 which was a significant increase on the previous start-up year.
