The business was originally established in 1972 and was located in the Banks area of Southport. The business was moved to the current premises in approximately 1975 and has traded successfully. The owner is now seeking semi retirement.

Business Profile:
Wholesaler of chilled dairy products supplying restaurants, hotels, sandwich shops and pizza take-aways, and specialising in cheese, cooked meats and bacon, together with associated products. The business buys various cheeses in bulk i.e. in 20kg blocks for grating, resizing, packing and distribution. The premises comprise refrigerated production rooms and cold rooms. Distribution is by refrigerated vehicles. Areas covered are from south of Preston to Warrington and Widnes, east to the M6, and west including Merseyside, the Wirral and areas of North Wales.

Semi Covered Loading Bay:
