Advent Business Sales are delighted to offer to the market this highly successful and well established cleaning company, which has been trading with a year upon year increase for the past 8 years.

The current vendor has been in ownership for the last 4 years is reluctantly selling due to health reasons and other business interests.

The company is a well organised machine with customers throughout the UK.

Its main business at present is builder cleans on refurbished/rebuilt or new buildings as well as domestics. It does much work on blue chip companies, for example, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Morrison’s, including the new 250 mini Sainsbury’s stores.

It has a daily cleaning contract with all the Lidle stores for cleaning their car parks and windows with weekly cleans of trolley bays.

As well as this it contracts to clean student accommodation during June, July, August and September, prior to the new autumn intake, in 2008 this was 1800 dwellings. Recently it won a contract for cleaning a disabled school for the year at £52,000. It does occasional cleans on 2 – 3 HM Prisons per year as well as prison builds/refurbishments.

The business employs 2 staff full time just to do floor polishing. These they keep as a team with their own specialist van and equipment.

They also have a team of 10 trained girls with their own vehicles, a minimum of 2 drivers per team. Additional personnel are recruited through the job centre and employed after passing a 2 week training course through the job centre on a 3 month trial basis.

There are 18 full time and 22 part time permanent employees.

Their customer base is 250 but this includes large companies as previously mentioned who have many locations to be dealt with. Out of this customer base they have 13 – 14 large agreements in place work approximately £250,000 per annum.
