Pro Coach UK has been trading for 4 years and has become a very reliable and competative sports coaching company in Norfolk and Suffolk.
We coach in nurserys , infant and primary schools a whole range of sports. We have contracts in place with schools for the next year, however we have been with these schools since the business started but they can only commit a year in advance. Expect most/all of the schools to continue in the future.
We also have established holiday courses in football, multi skills and girls only. We have extra work from local councils who contract us during some holidays and evenings We also run stadium tours to football stadiums which could be expanded.

There are also many more opportunities for coaching evenings and weekends, as well as the popularity of our nursery coaching which we will be pushing. I have good coaches who could keep the business running if you wanted to begin pushing the company in a new area.

Competition / Market
One or two large national companies locally, both of whom charge considerabaly more to schools and children. Our service has built up a reputation of having excellent, reliable coaches who are more in touch with local schools and not part of some national organisation. There are no major threats as when a school takes out a contract they rarely change, especially to one more expensive.
