Established in 1976 the company can proudly boast to be one of the UK's oldest manufacturers of PVC-u windows. The company now has a growing portfolio of home improvement products and services including:-

- Windows and Doors
- Conservatories
- Fascias, soffits and cladding products
- Replacement flat roofs
- Cavity wall and loft insulation products
- Automated garage doors

These products and services are currently offered to both the domestic and commercial market sectors and include full installation where necessary.

From the outset the company has strived to provide high quality products backed up with superior levels of service. By doing this the business has built up an enviable reputation in the industries it serves and continues to grow to this day. Employees: The company employs some 90 people across the three sites. 80 are full time with the remaining 10 working on a part-time basis. There is a defined management structure within each section of the company to ensure full accountability and responsibility with 8 key members of staff having management status.

The business operates from /owns the following premises all of which are freehold.

The main manufacturing division is situated on a three quarters of an acre site that comprises 7,500 square feet of production, storage, showroom and office space. There is a large car park and various outbuildings that provide additional storage space. The building was constructed in 1982 and has all services and amenities you would expect within modern business premises.

There is an additional one and a half acres of land to the rear of the main building that currently comprises, car parking, compounds and a meadow. This land already has automatic planning and is ripe for future development.

Furthermore there are premises adjacent to the main building that currently accomodates a fully equipped garage workshop and MOT test station owned by the company. Expansion potential
Business operations are not at maximum capacity (currently 70%) and there remains considerable scope for an increase in production, turnover and profit simply by gearing operations in line with current market demand. In addition to this the company needs to fully exploit the opportunities it has within the commercial sector. Having just recently won a new contracts for housing association consortiums this area represents a significant revenue generator for the future, as does the at present untargeted new build market. The business is constantly innovating and new product revenue streams can be developed into significant contributors to turnover. Turnover could be increased substantially with the use of a more direct sales force.
