It’s your responsibility to recruit the individual franchisees and to provide all the training and support they need initially and on an ongoing basis. The skills needed to run a master franchise are different from those of the franchisee. You will need a level of management experience and an ability to develop your franchisee team. When looking for a good master franchise you need to select one with a strong business model and a product / service that you can believe in.
