What is Sweet Explosion?

The Sweet Explosionfranchise concept was born from two Italian cousin's passion for gelato. From this passion they conceived the retail store concept and have developed recipes and formulas based on various research activities and observations.

One of the observations was whilst on a trip trough Italy and Europe observing how Gelato and Ice cream is retailed thus the statement -a little bit of European was introduced. Some of these ideas were adjusted and are used in the business today. The very special recipes and flavours combined with the presentation keep customers coming back for that special Sweet Explosion taste.

Cakes & Pastries
A selection of inviting quality cakes and pastries ready to consume or to order, for those special occasions. All cakes and pastries are well presented as well as being delicious. A great point of difference in the market place


Gelato
A vast selection of gelato flavours, which entice the taste buds. The gelato is served in many different containers and even chocolate cups. The imagination is the only inhibitor in the themes of the desserts. Spaghetti Gelato and Death By Chocolate being two of the signature dishes.


Speciality Cakes
Cakes for all occasions made fresh and to order. All characters and themes are catered for. Gelato Cakes are now available and are proving to be extremely popular. This product line is set to become the flagship of Sweet Explosion. Our focus on marketing this product will provide excellent results for franchisees who will reap the rewards.


Coffee
The best coffee in Melbourne is our claim. All coffee varieties are incorporated into the menu. Our customers have been known to travel great distances to have that perfect cup of coffee.
 

Juices
A range of healthy juices are available in some outlets, with names designed to attract the health conscious. Energiser and D Tox are just two on the list. A variety of Granitas and Frappes are also available.

The franchisors of Sweet Explosion are made up of an energetic, focused and enthusiastic Management Team, which has a very clear direction. Ralph Vetrano and Tony Diana have completely separate skills sets that combine well and complement each other in the operation of the ice cream franchise.

Tony and Ralph have a combined skill set encompassing knowledge and experience from various retail businesses. They have successfully taken the business from strength to strength.

Tony and Ralph's forte is being able to see beyond the now, and their ability to negotiate.  As a result they have a passion for driving their business dollar as hard as possible, which will see Franchisees benefit from increased group purchasing power and superior group marketing campaigns.
