Concept Building Solutions are a national franchise company, who specialise in project management. As a network we specifically deal with insurance claims management and providing property reinstatement repairs for policyholders. Franchisees project manage all claims from start to finish, providing a hassle free service to our customers. Franchisees can also utilise their project management skills to provide remedial property services such as damp proofing, condensation treatments, infestation and dry rot solutions.

WHAT WE DO

After assessing the damage to the property, we prepare a schedule and quotation for the customer. If dealing with an insurance claim then we negotiate for authorisation and look to settle the claim with the policy holder’s insurance company or appointed loss adjuster. If a remedial job then we obtain authorisation from the customer to undertake the work. Each Concept franchisee typically uses a local contractor base to carry out the property repairs.

We can currently boast a national network of franchisees that can service all of the UK. However, we still have some franchise territories available and we are looking for suitable franchisees to operate in these areas.
