person?
Having the right franchisees is essential for our
business. KJ Associates therefore will only offer franchises to
those people that it believes are suitable for running a successful
KJ Associates franchise and can work with the management of KJ
Associates and the other franchisees within the network.
The KJ Associates franchise model requires that
franchisees have previous training or presenting experience. The
most suitable people for becoming a KJ Associates franchisee would
meet the criteria listed below. The list is not exhaustive or
intended to be disadvantageous to any applicant; it summarises the
skills, competencies and requirements specific to running a KJ
Associates franchise.
- Prior training or presentation
experience
- Experience within a corporate
business
- Self motivated
- Able to follow instructions
- Have an attention to detail
- Presentable
Experience in sales and marketing would be
advantageous although not a prerequisite.
Clive
Sawyer, Business Options. Franchise Consultants
Katie Jones has displayed the same high level of professionalism
with the development of the KJ Associates franchise as she does
when training Corporate clients. The KJ Associates franchise is
ideal for anyone with previous training or presenting experience
that wants the benefits of being their own boss but with the added
benefit of KJ Associates expertise of over twenty years supporting
them. Franchisees are given comprehensive training in how to
deliver the range of KJ Associates training courses and ongoing
support and guidance. I view the KJ Associates franchise as fine
example of how franchising should be done a true partnership
between franchisee and franchisor.
