Must have comprehensive knowledge of the locality & the people
who stay there and Should have a good reputation in the catchment
area.
Franchisor Support
Internet service: Provide satellite bandwidth, backend
infrastructure and advertising & promotional material templates
that can be used for local promotions. They will also work on
promotional schemes and launch it nationally to increase footfalls
for the franchisees.
Education service: Complete academics
(faculty, materials, learning, examination handling), backend
infrastructure including satellite bandwidth, studio services,
advertising and promotional support, along the lines defined for
Internet Services.
Transaction services: HECL will tie up
with lot of primary service providers whose bills can be paid at
the centers. These service providers, in association with HECL,
will advertise for the transaction services and will work towards
increasing footfalls.
For all services HECL shall also provide back-end tie-ups for all
aspects of the business including PCs, VSATs, LAN components &
payment collection and will also provide a central call-center for
support services.
