You don't need automotive experience, we provide full training and support.

Even though we're focused on the automotive aftermarket, having an automotive background isn't required. Our franchise system is built on proven principles that have been successfully implemented by people from all walks of life. This is possible because we have invested in one of the most comprehensive pre-opening training and assistance programs in the industry.

On-Site Training
You'll start with a full 3 weeks of on-site training in a real, operating Alta Mere Complete Auto Imaging business. During your hands-on training, you'll learn firsthand about how the business works. You'll interface with employees and customers. You'll watch the selling process in action. You become familiar with the business, inside and out.

Classroom Training
In addition, you'll spend a week in classroom training, where you will receive easy-to-understand technical training and learn to implement and follow our proven philosophy of business. The result? When your center is ready to open you'll be ready and able to take charge.

What else is offered?

Pre-Opening Support Services including site selection assistance, facilities design, lease negotiation assistance, source for financing , new business, start-up planning, hands-on operational/management training, educational training program.

Comprehensive Concept/Operational Training including business systems, financial management training, lead generation system, training, personnel and safety systems, customer relations training, and marketing and sales development.

Ongoing Support Services: Once you're open for business, you'll have ongoing access to our staff, and receive the benefits of continuous improvement and refinement of our system.

Co-Branding Opportunities: Moran Industries also offers co-branding opportunities, and franchise business opportunities with Milex and Mr. Transmission and other automotive concepts.
