Retailers must successfully complete a
product training program provided by TNSF for up
to three attendees. The program, which is based on ‘train the
trainer’ principles, comprises 4-5 days of intensive
classroom and field training in Melbourne, Australia.
There is no cost for this training, but Franchisees pay the cost of
their own transportation, lodging and some meals for themselves and
attending employees.
