Joe Spillman (founder and CEO) of Wings-Pizza-N-Things is
excited about the opportunity to enter into international
markets. Joe has addressed critical areas that would be
important to you: Price points, menu items, training/support,
marketing and new menu offerings.
To provide a quick summary, Wings-Pizza-N-Things was
established in 2002 by Mr. Joe Spillman. Mr. Spillman has over 40
years experience in food and franchising business models. He
created Pizza Inn back in the 60’s and grew that franchise to
over 700 locations globally before selling it in the late
80’s.
Price
points
Wings-Pizza-N-Things is a middle
priced restaurant that appeals to people who want real and
perceived values for the money they spend on menu items.
Wings-Pizza-N-Things
will do a market survey of similar restaurants in your area to
determine prices that will allow you to be competitive.
Menu
items
The jumbo chicken wings are bought fresh and not
frozen. Burgers, Pizza, French fries, deserts and salads are
prepared fresh each day so that the guest will be able to
experience the difference between Wings-Pizza-N-Things and fast food
concepts. Wings-Pizza-N-Things’s will
send a representative to your area to assist negotiations on prices
with the local food distributors.
Training/Support
You will have two people trained in the United
States at an existing Wings-Pizza-N-Things location.
They will be trained in every aspect of operating the restaurant
and preparing menu items. A team will travel to your area to
assist in opening your first restaurant and training
employees. You will continue to have access to the Franchisor
based in Texas for assistance. Two Weeks of Training will occur on
location at your shortly before your Opening.
Marketing
Wings-Pizza-N-Things will
assist in new store marketing/advertising and engage a marketing
firm in your area for on going marketing
assistance. Wings-Pizza-N-Things has
developed television commercials that can be adapted to fit your
local market. You are welcome to utilize existing
relationships that you have with local marketing/advertising
firms.
Equipment
Some equipment may be purchased locally, such as
tables and chairs, and other items (such as the Pizza Oven) will be
coming directly from the Manufacturer. Together we will determine
what can and cannot be purchased locally. You will be able to
include an ice cream machine in your store that serves hard and
soft ice cream along with shakes along with smoothies and
coffee.
New menu
offerings
Wings-Pizza-N-Things started with
wings and salad. The concept has evolved by adding pizza,
black angus beef burgers, shrimp and more! Wings-Pizza-N-Things is constantly
reviewing their menu items and adding new
products. Wings-Pizza-N-Things has been
successful in entering new countries/locales by initially offering
local favorites so that guest can be introduced to the core menu
items.
Locations
All Site Demographics must be sent to the
Corporate Offices in Dallas, Texas to further determine whether or
not the selected Site will be acceptable.
Rights of Master
Franchisee:
- Rights to a minimum of 10 stores in your
territory
- May own and operate all stores or may sell them
to other Franchisees
- Fifty percent of the royalties collected from
the stores in your territory
- Fifty percent of the Franchise Fee collected
from the stores you sell in your territory
- Reduced Franchise Fees for stores operated by
Master Franchisee
- Reduced royalties for stores operated by Master
Franchisee
Requirements of Master
Franchisee:
- Must own and operate one store which will be a
prototype training store
- Must provide training to franchisees purchasing
store from Master Franchisee
- Must provide operational support to franchisees
noted above
- Must honor current Wings-Pizza-N-Things agreements
with Franchise Brokers
