Comfort Suites® is one of the leading
performers in lodging today, positioned to compete in the midscale,
limited-service segment. It delivers superior rate performance with
a competitive development cost, and features oversized rooms at
mid-priced rates, with partially divided sleeping and seating
areas. The attractive, inviting design and strong brand recognition
make a welcome and familiar stop for travelers everywhere. Plus, as
a 100% non-smoking, all-suites hotel, Comfort Suites is very much
in keeping with today’s travel trends.
The Comfort
Suites hotel chain is part of the Choice Hotels
International® family of brands. With more than 60 years
experience, Choice Hotels® is one of the world’s largest
franchisors, with over 5,400 properties open or under development
worldwide.
All Choice hotels are supported by our national
$55 million marketing campaign, a central reservation system that
booked over $1.9 billion in gross reservations in 2006, our
award-winning guest loyalty program, Choice Privileges®, which
has over 6 million members and a massive service organization
focused entirely on your profitability.
Hotel Design
Comfort Suites provides guests with spacious,
high-value suite accommodations. It offers an innovative new
construction prototype with a dramatically redesigned public space
to provide a dynamic yet relaxing multifunctional experience.
Anchored by the standardized lobby it encourages guests to enjoy
everything from lounging to continental breakfast.
Guestroom Features and
Services
The new generation of the Comfort Suites guestroom
builds on the success of the current layout. New deluxe, wide-bay
suites with a more residential character have been introduced on
upper floors over the public space. The uniquely configured
guestrooms have an entry foyer/dressing area and enhanced suite
separation between living and sleeping areas through the use of a
decorative screen wall. Spacious single-compartment guest baths
include large granite vanities and hair dryers.
Competitive RevPAR Performance Outperforms its
competitive set by delivering superior rate performance with an
economical development cost.
Reservation Contribution In 2006, reservations
generated through the Choice Central Reservation System (CRS)
represented an average of 34.0% of gross room revenue.**
