We are servicing 2 core markets; garden offices
for homeworking, and lifestyle buildings for the home improvement
sector. Both markets are buoyant and very much in their infant
stages. In addition, we also supply our products to nationwide
house builders, property developers, schools, day care nurseries,
nursing homes, and many other un-tapped niche markets. Repeat
business clients include Bloor Homes and Jacuzzi.
The market for home working is growing at a rapid
rate, with a recent survey revealing that 8 million people are
operating commercially from home. Our products provide a
comfortable, secure and professional working environment without
the usual distractions associated with working from home. This
allows you to separate your office from your living space and
regain one of the rooms in your home, bringing balance back to your

We will help you identify a busy, high foot
traffic local garden centre for your showroom. This will provide an
additional level of lead generation and regular foot traffic, to
support your local awareness campaigns and our national marketing
and PR campaigns. Garden centre site rental is significantly
cheaper and less complex than negotiating retail leases.
Our well developed prefabrication process has
been designed to produce flat-pack versions of our product range,
shipped directly to your customers address. Your dedicated team of
fully trained and certified subcontractors complete the
installation process, leaving you free to focus on marketing and

Who Are We Looking

Franchisee. You do need to be honest, hard working, enthusiastic,
willing to follow our systems and procedures, and have a strong
