completed on the April, 28 four days of reflexion about the network
results and evolution. At the seminar opening, all the participants
(dealers, partners, head-office team and managers) had a welcoming
cocktail to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the network. They
could discover the head-office premises during a guided tour and
the new members of the management team were introduced. To ensure
good quality exchanges about the lectures, work-groups were created
during the seminar. The chairman, Nicolas Dumont, told to the
network members: “Since the beginning, we have had a very
favoured relationship with each one of you and we will follow up
this honest dialogue with you. The company growing will not imply a
depreciation of our communication and we will still spend time for
you”. He shows thus that the company wants to maintain the
dialogue and the group transparency. During the seminar three
meetings were organised to examine the annual balance sheet, the
profession priorities and techniques and the market prospects
and marketing plan for the six next months. This seminar
aimed to, on the one hand, intensify the communication and the
contacts between the franchisees, whose number increased in the
last few months, and, on the other hand, present the conclusions
and progresses of the team. The debates about each one experience
lead to very interesting conclusions and group discussions about
the job reality. The seminar ended during a cruise on a canal-boat
in Lyon with a festive dinner and surprises to celebrate the group
5th anniversary. The next meeting with all the network members will
be the autumn seminar.
