is between €330,000 (£236,000) and €410,000
(£293,000). For a bigger restaurant, up to 130 seats (about
350m²), the total investment is between €450,000
(£322,000) and €500,000 (£357,000). The franchisee
has to cover between 25% and 35% of the costs. This means he
will have to contribute between €80,000 (£57,000) and
€120,000 (£86,000).
