Franchise Associations (IFA) survey of franchisee satisfaction
across all US based franchising companies. Home Instead Senior Care
was placed second overall in 2007 and 2008 and first in the home
care category in both years.
More locally in Ireland we have recently won the Best Emerging
Franchise Award, whilst in the UK we have won the Best

up package (including operational manuals, award winning training
materials, DVDs, thousands of marketing brochures and a unique
software system that has more functionality than any other care
software system in the UK), we offer more hands on support than any
other care franchise company.
This starts with a bespoke 90 day start up
programme and continues with a range of ongoing support activities,
including local and national PR programmes, quarterly conferences,
peer group meetings with owners at similar stages of development to
yourself and unlimited telephone support. We provide a range of
