Essential Skills and Attributes
Required…
ReactFast are looking for individuals whom are
competent with practical work and receptive to training. Good
communication skills are essential as you will be dealing directly
with customers, and need to communicate effectively and
professionally.
A ReactFast Franchisee’s day consists of
liaising with the Operations Department who will allocate work once
it is received from the Call Centre. The franchisee attends these
jobs throughout the day providing professional solutions to
customers’ maintenance problems.
Training Provided
Each new franchisee will complete a 7 week City
& Guilds plumbing course including Water Regulations, Part P
and Part L. The following week is spent in business management
training which includes local marketing techniques, and IT software
training and procedures. The franchisee then receives a weeks
experience in the field shadowing a ReactFast engineer before
starting out on their own.
