Originally created to plug the market gap for
professional nail, beauty and tanning salons, Cuticles has quickly
expanded its offering to include mobile units and has already put
35 technicians on the road. "This is the first mobile salon network
of its kind in the UK," state Founders Ros Lewis and Cathy Stewart.
"With TV programmes such as Desperate Housewives and Footballers
Wives, there is more awareness of the range of treatments
available. In fact, a manicure went into the consumer prices
shopping basket for the first time last year."
