The Bird and Pest
Control Franchise Opportunity
As a franchisee, you provide your services to a whole range of
industries both commercial and domestic, and we provide you with
the tools to help you generate business in your territory. In
tandem with this, we manage lead generation on a national
basis.
Whilst you are operating out in the field on a daily basis,
you’ll operate your business administration and marketing
from home or by using our local business development support team
at head office which means you have no large overheads.
You
will be given 4 weeks comprehensive training based at our head
office in Attleborough in Norfolk with usually just one or two
other new franchisees to ensure you receive the personal attention
needed. Our in-house training covers all aspects of the business,
such as sales and marketing, IT, health & safety, operations,
technical & HR.
Our centralised accounts department invoices your customers on your
behalf and carries out credit control, saving you from lots of
paperwork and more importantly, giving you time to focus on running
your business.
You will receive practical training out in the field, which
includes falconry and working with birds of prey, surveying, using
proofing materials and installation and the safe use of pesticides
& herbicides.
It doesn’t stop there, as ongoing guidance is imperative to
the success and growth of your business. So when you start trading,
we provide ongoing training and support in all of these areas to
help you develop your franchise, from what type of proofing to
apply to a listed building or taking on staff to help support your
business growth.
We
will give you the guidance you need using our knowledge and
experience, and that of all the other franchisees, as they all
started exactly where you are now.
The Investment
The franchise attracts a fee of £15,000 covering all your
training including recognized falconry and pest control
qualifications. £8,000 is needed in addition to cover
everything for you to start up ranging from your marketing
material, uniform, branding on your vehicle and clothing, right
though to your falconry and pest control equipment. You will also
need £10,000 working capital. With the total required of
£33,000 the investment can develop quickly into a highly
profitable business for you.
