Founder and Director, Michael Brook, explains the company’s origins:

“In 1999, having been passionate about training people and their development for many years, I decided to set up the kind of training company I wanted to be trained by. My chosen career was sales and management, and this is the cornerstone of the training we do: Advanced Sales Training, Leadership & Management Training and High Performance Coaching.

To date we have enjoyed a very successful business journey and I have now decided that the route to scale up and expand the business is through franchising and licensing.”
