Our client is very versatile in that he will install new kitchens or bathrooms as well as laying new flooring as well as decorating. Sub contractors are also used for expert plumbing & electric work. In addition, he will also prepare and make planning applications on behalf of his customers to ensure a satisfactory conclusion is reached.

The business, which is run from home, covers an area of a radius of approx 30 miles from his base.

Our client has a good working relationship with local estate agents requesting him to work on tenanted residential homes. This type of work accounts for approximately 70% of his time. Out of the remaining 30%, 7% is comprised of work for the general public and 23% for commercial work.
Virtually all the work is indoors.
