On entering Ilfracombe, follow the signs for the Sea front. You will see the Landmark theatre complex clearly on the left hand side. Carry on straight past this property towards the Crazy Golf course on the left, where the road veers to the left proceed past St Philip & St James Church and at the next junction turn right. thereafter proceed straight ahead onto a gravelled surface, follow the road round and you will find the Admiral's House on the right hand side overlooking the harbour. As there is no parking with the property, the current owner advises that it is possible to rent permit parking spaces on the Cheyne beach car park for residents within the Quay area. Applications should be made to the North Devon District Council for such a permanent ticket for parking. Alternatively, holiday makers use the Cove car park generally with weekly tickets available.
