Expansion potential:

Café Moods expects its franchisees to have progressed to at least a four unit strong business, comprising of a main store and three Pod sites within their zone; successful franchisees will have the drive to open a main site of approximately 2,000 square feet, and within two years have opened three Pod sites generating phenomenal revenues.

Support & training:

Having identified and agreed a suitable zone with you, our appointed agent, Hilton Smythe Commercial, work closely with Café Moods and of course, you, to find the right properties and locations for both main store site and Pod positioning within the chosen and agreed zone. They will also assist in negotiating a suitable rent and, when possible, a Landlord contribution to the refurbishment of your Café Moods site. We will assist with store design, branding and fit out, having already negotiated excellent rates with suppliers and contractors. In addition, we have negotiated favourable rates with suppliers for our produce and stock. Full training will be provided, concentrating on retailing skills, product knowledge, how to produce only the highest standards of coffee and service to customers. Training is provided during the store fit stage and on an ongoing basis. In addition to the above, Café Moods provide a promotional calendar together with fully branded point of sale packages, aiming to drive sales and promote brand awareness. Café Moods support programme is such that a close relationship is built between Café Moods and the franchisee up to launch and very much beyond.
