The Business Partnership is delighted to offer for sale this award-winning privately owned digital content company that produces, publishes and distributes various digital content assets it owns or controls. On offer is the copyright in all the completed TV programmes, all of the footage shot to make those programmes, the music, the research, the scripts, the trademarks, the tapes, the distribution rights - the lot.

They own or have control of rights to about 100 hours of completed TV, internet and mobile content. Plus another 4,000 hours of rushes or raw footage, plus scripts, music, trademarks, copyright, graphics and research. That content amounts to around $25m worth of production, all of which is suitable for multi-media cross platform exploitation.

Much of the content already has a global fan base through broadcasters and exhibitors such as Discovery, Animal Planet, ITV, BBC, National Geographic, YouTube, Hulu, Google Video and many more. It is extremely family friendly and falls into the category of edutainment.

They also enjoy a special relationship with the BBC and others for access to their content, which to date they have hardly touched. They have a distribution and co-production deal with the owners of this content which give them the right to reversion their footage in any lawful way to produce an income. This has not been fully exploited. This provides them with access to around 1 million hours of the best raw footage content in the world, which they can exploit globally on a revenue share basis. This may be separately negotiable.

Despite the wide range of broadcasters and exhibitors the content has a very long shelf life and is still very much under exploited.

These areas of under exploitation include TV, Internet, Mobile, DVD, traditional publishing, physical and digital merchandising. They already have about 800 products on the market earning revenue, with something in the region of 2,000 market ready products and another 2,000 pre-market ready. These include content made into clips, Apps, digital and physical merchandising, and full length programmes for TV, DVD, internet, mobile devices, as video downloads, music downloads, printed books, digital books, IPTV, VOD.

The content is trademarked, with instantly recognisable brand names. In addition, they have around 50 URLs that work with their content that are yet to go live.

Being digital, these assets can be operated from anywhere in the world.

The potential is massive.

The vendor may relocate and work with an investor/partner to exploit this unique opportunity. No employees need transfer to new owner.
