The role of the Regional Master Franchisee is to recruit, train, motivate and manage ‘office’ franchisees – each region is based on a population of c.10M, and could support upto 150 office franchises. (To confirm the credibility of this, and by way of example, RE/MAX Scotland supports 60 offices in a population of just over 5M).

Each office franchisee will recruit and support associates who build relationships with both buyers and sellers, and manage the property sales process (typically 10-20 per office). RE/MAX Europe has over 1510 franchisee offices, and in excess of 11,310 sales associates.

Asking Price:

The asking price ranges between £250-300K dependent on region. Master Franchisee will alsoneed working capital to develop the region. Some regions already have active office franchisees.

Revenue streams:

  1. Each office franchisee pays a licence fee of £20K. The Regional Master Franchisee retains 70% of this.
  2. The Regional Master Franchisee receives 6% of all revenues generated in their region – of this half will be spent on promotion of the brand and service in the region.
