Our
Concept: a French style Bistrot
This
original and authentic concept stemming from the French culture is
based on several principles :
A change of scene
The
architecture and interior decoration of our restaurants have been
designed to create a
special and warm atmosphere giving the customer the impression of
dining in a traditional French restaurant. The furniture,
colours, decoration, everything will remind you of the
traditional French “bistrots”, famous for their
coziness in the whole world.
A warm welcome
A very
warm, dynamic and friendly atmosphere given by our waiters dressed
in a typical French outfits. Blue gingham is used for waitress and
waiter outfits, and aprons are worn in an old fashion way.

Cuisine
In our themed restaurants, we offer the consumers food from the French gastronomy, created to satisfy the tastes and the eating customs of the customers in their respective countries. We pay every attention to the quality of each and every dish.
| An easily adaptable
menu Each menu is created and realized, considering the different culture of the customers in their country. For each country, a special study is made in order to create a menu adaptable to the habits of the population. The format with or without picture will be selected. A selection of dishes will be proposed to the Master Franchisee respecting the eating customs of the country. Sea food and pasta may for example be added to the basic French menu. |

To make our collaboration successful, the Master franchisee will fully benefit from La Boucherie expertise in every aspect of the establishment of his restaurant and on-going development of his network :
Comments
The
master franchisee will receive comprehensive training, will benefit
fully from La Boucherie's know-how and will have exclusive rights
to open La Boucherie restaurants in the area or country
of their choice. The franchisee will be helped from the
beginning until the end of the project (recruitment, training of
team, layout of restaurant…) for the set-up of his first
restaurant.
