Our Bistro occupies a stone built cottage on the high street of this idyllic ancient fishing cove of Staithes, on the North Yorkshire coast. This quaint and picturesque town is steeped in history and is a magnet for tourists. Staithes was the home briefly to Captain James Cook and it believed that it was here that he first felt the lure of the sea.
